Sub Plan

Start with Standing, Breathing, and Sitting (together)
I start every class with this.
Hold your fingers up like a conductor ready to conduct.
When the class is quiet and ready,
raise your hands with palms facing up,
signalling for the class to stand together.
Once the class is standing put your hand together (like a prayer) and students will do the same.
Pull your hands out slowly as you inhale with a deep breath,
push them together as you exhale slowly.
You can repeat this breath activity exhaling with different sounds
("ssss" or "zzzz" for example).

Kind words,
Kind actions,
Can bring a smile to a sad face.
Wishing well,
Compliments,
Help is on the way.
