                                                                    Sub Plan

Start with Standing, Breathing, and Sitting (together)

I start every class with this.

Hold your fingers up like a conductor ready to conduct.

                                 When the class is ready,

raise your hands with palms facing up,

signalling for the class to stand together.

Once the class is standing ask a student to demonstrate a breath.

                                 Pick 2-3 of the following:

                                     Basketball Breath

                                      Baseball Breath

                                    Bowling Ball Breath

                                       Noodle Breath

                                       Dragon Breath

During the breath activities, you can exhale with different sounds

("ssss" or "zzzz" or "shhh" for example).
